Manage your own Juilliard password

Click on the link above and select the appropriate link for your role at Juilliard -- Staff/Faculty or Student/Alumni. The first step in managing your own password is to enroll in the system. Staff and faculty should add a cell phone number or an alternative email account, while students and alumni enroll by creating three simple questions and answers that they can easily remember.

After that, if you ever forget your Juilliard password or need to change it for any reason, simply go back to the same site and reset it — without needing to contact I.T. Enrolling is easy and takes less than two minutes to complete. Do it today!

What is single sign-on (SSO)?

Single sign-on is a system that allows you to log on to one Juilliard web application and gain access to other Juilliard web applications without being prompted to log on again at each one.

Where do I get my username and password?

These are automatically created for you by Juilliard I.T. when you become a student, staff or faculty and are communicated to you either via another e-mail account or in person.

If you are a faculty/staff member called Joe Staff, your e-mail address will be jstaff@juilliard.edu  with numbers appended if the user name is already taken.

If you are a student and your name is Jane Student, your e-mail address will js@juilliard.edu  with numbers appended if the user name is already taken.

I've forgotten my password, what do I do now?

No problem, simply go to Juilliard's password management tool at https://pw.juilliard.edu  You have to enroll first to use this service.

This site tells me my password is EXPIRED, what do I do now?

No problem, simply go to Juilliard's password management tool at https://pw.juilliard.edu and reset your password

What are Juilliard's password policies? 

We strongly encourage you to set a complex password. Juilliard passwords last for 120 days.

They must have at least 6 characters and satisfy any 3 of the following 4 conditions:

  • Include letters
  • Include numbers
  • Include upper & lower case characters
  • Include special characters such as !@~$#%^&*
  • Why is a "First Time Log in" different?

    A first time login uses a temporary password created for you by Juilliard I.T. you are required to change this password before gaining full access to the system.

    My account is locked how do I unlock it?
